Leasing Fee

For securing a resident, the leasing fee paid to The Wilson Group is equal to the first full month's rent.

(nothing out of pocket until first full month's rent is collected)

Monthly Management Fee

Monthly management fee is 10% of the monthly rent.



Bi-Annual Expenses

You receive a move in inspection included in your initial leasing fee, however we are pro-active with inspections. We inspect every Spring and Fall for only $150.00/inspection and you will receive a full report with pictures.
